My friend 'Chronos' wrote this a while back and I added it to ASF, May as well add it here.

This is a basic guide teaching how you can disassemble everything in the lower frame of a Tokyo Marui 5.1 without smashing it against a rock and put it back together.
You can use this thread in conjunction with my other Hicapa thread to learn about the basic takedown of the slide assembly.
Tools you will need:
3mm Alen Key
Small Phillips Screwdriver
A good workspace is always nice to have preferrably working over something white so it is easy to spot small screws and bits.
Now, onward to disassembling!
Step 1:

Remove hammer spring housing by tapping out the pin shown and holding onto it because it is spring loaded.
Step 2:

Remove housing
Step 3:

Remove Leaf Spring
Step 4:

Remove both Alen screws on the grip.
Step 5:

Remove screw in frame holding grip.
Step 6:

Remove Grip!
Step 7:

Push Safety upwards until it is higher than its usual resting point.

Step 8:

Pull safety slowly off the frame while placing finger like shown to prevent the small pin from flying out as it is spring loaded.
Step 9:

Remove evil flying pin and other side of safety.
Step 10:

Pull away the grip safety from the frame.

Step 11:

Remove indicated screw.
Step 12:

Lift indicated part of the frame to gain access to your hammer and sear.
Step 13:

Remove slide lock pin and spring indicated.
Step 14:

Remove hammer.
Step 15:

Remove indicated pieces if you wish to clean them.
Step 16:

Everything apart!
To put everything back together it should be easy just following the directions backwards but some parts may be tough to do without proper guidance which I'm about to show here.
Step 17:

If that pin is causing you trouble while placing the ambidexterous safeties back together, find something thin like a paperclip or a really small screwdriver and try this method.
Squeeze both safeties together while pushing the pin back with a screwdriver or paperclip.

Step 18:

Place grip back on the frame and hold the grip safety upwards.
Step 19:

Install the leaf spring and make sure the two right prongs are sitting ON TOP of the two right pieces shown here.

If you do this part wrong and put everything back together, the hammer will not contact the sear and thus cannot be cocked back.
Step 20:

Install the hammer spring housing and make sure the hammer plunger sits in the hammer spring housing correctly like shown. Then, insert pin shown while holding safety down.

Finished!
