AAPS Home

Welcome to the home of American Airsoft Practical Shooting (AAPS). This site is maintained by the Executive Committee of AAPS for the promotion of IPSC-style airsoft pistol shooting competitions in the U.S. If you like shooting pistols, but you are interested in something other than Olympic-style target shooting or military simulations, then you might find that the timed-action target
shooting promoted by AAPS is just for you. AAPS is the
official US representative to the International Airsoft Practical
Shooting (IAPS) organization.

The sport of airsoft practical shooting is very popular in Asia (link to video clips from Hong Kong) and has a small but growing base in the U.S. and Europe. Airsoft practical shooting is a fun and safe sport that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages. To get started, check out the monthly postal matches and be sure to register for the AAPS Forum.

7/02/09: The July Postal Match is now open. Scores must be submitted by midnight (EDT) on July 31.

7/01/09: The June Postal Match is now closed. The results for the top four finishers are posted below.

6/01/09: The AAPS 2009 National Championship Match has been cancelled. The match will be rescheduled and details posted at a later date.
